It is believed that 25% of the young people in the world can not find jobs rendering them victims of poverty and begging. From this perspective, the Woman Member of parliament for Kasese district, also an alumnus of MUBS Hon. Winnie Kiiza, has called upon leaders to mentor young people to enhance their employability. She noted that majority of the youth lack working experience which is key in the job market. Therefore leaders should come up with effective mentorship programs on how best the youth can develop their skills and how best they can display them to the employer. Winnie delivered a keynote address at the MUBS Annual International Leadership Conference.
