Women must stick to ethics to stay at the top

July 31, 2019 By admin

Ms. Agripinner Nandhego

Since there are few men who still believe that women should not work,or hold leadership positions, women must be ethical if they are to stay at the top. They must show their capabilities as the most suitable for the available opportunities
This was said by Ms. Agripinner Nandhego, the UN Women Uganda Representative while delivering a keynote address at the a9th MUBS Annual International Leadership Conference at Entebbe on June 18-21, 2019.
She said some women fail to reach leadership positions because of the challenges associated with juggling work and family. She advised them to balance their roles as wives and work to be able to stay on top. She also appealed to them to get out of the comfort zone and look out for the opportunities .
