Dr. Grace Nalweyiso
The Department of Management Dr. Grace Nalweyiso recently advised Faculty and Staff in the Department to balance between work, life and health for they are equally important. She was addressing the Departmental meeting that was held on Friday April 19, 2024 at MUBS Main Campus, Nakawa.
Dr. Nalweyiso appreciated the Faculty for their dedication towards teaching, examining and marking students and to the Administrative staff for supporting the Department activities and serving the clients. She and congratulated members upon life and career achievements.
Dr. Nalweyiso appreciated and acknowledged the good and commendable work done by the former Head of Department,Mr. Gonzaga Basulira and the team for giving her the support ever since she assumed the office and requested them to continue with the same spirit so that they create a model department in the school.
She asked team leaders to train their colleagues to create a fall back position in case of a crisis.
To the academics staff, Dr. Nalweyiso asked them to mark the scripts in time to allow a smooth running of the school activities. She also encouraged them to do more research in order to progress academically and pledged Faculty support in that regard.
