Uphold the values of excellency, service delivery, commitment, sacrifice and collaboration

While officiating at the swearing in of the newly elected MUBSASA Executive Committee members, Ms. Christine  Nanyombi, Chief Human Resource who represented the Ag. Principal Prof. Moses Muhwezi said “This is a land mark significant achievement and I would like to appreciate the Out going Committee for their services towards the success of the Association.
Ms. Nanyombi congratulated the newly sworn in Executive Members and called them upon to uphold the values of excellency, service delivery,  commitment, sacrifice and collaboration while serving the Association.
She called upon Staff to embrace the value of diversity and seize all the opportunities that come along their way in order to succeed. “Together we can overcome some challenges ahead of us”
The swearing in of the newly elected Executive Committee of MUBSSA took place on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at MUBS Main Campus Nakawa.

Mr. Rogers Mwine

Mr. Rogers Mwine the newly elected Chairperson of the MUBS Administrative Staff Association (MUBSASA) vowed to use his term of office to work with both the School Management and the Staff to improve on the welfare of Staff.

Mr. Mwine noted that however much challenges may come in along the way, he is optimistic that the future is bright for all the staff.

He appreciated MUBS Council and Management for the support they have rendered towards the success of the staff and also improving staff welfare.

Msgr. Lawrence Ssemusu noted that in developed countries people spend 8 hours working while in less developed countries people spend 8 hours at work. Therefore he called upon MUBSASA members to not only look at their rights but also their obligations so that they not only spend 8 hours at work but also working.
Mr. Edwin Napkor, The Chairperson of the MUBS Academic Staff Association congratulated the new Executive  Members and urged them to work together with the Academic Staff Association since they all face almost the same challenges
