Dean Faculty of Business Administration, Prof. Rogers Mwesigwa asked the students to always be the best employees when they get jobs because they are bright, keep succeeding, keep being good leaders and not to accept failure.
He thanked them for working hard because they exhibited despite the circumstances. it has not been easy because the conditions were not easy, thanking you for being persistent as studying is not a cup of tea, he also asked them not to give up as the environment will not be friendly.
Prof. Mwesigwa was addressing Bachelor of Business Administration best performing students at the certificate awarding ceremony on November 16, 2023 MUBS Main Campus Nakawa.
He further advised them to help and support their colleagues and not be mean to the knowledge so fight the disease of retakes and if you discuss you become to understand more and you should not excel alone.
