The Office of the Academic Registrar, Makerere University released the list of students who will be sponsored by Government to pursue their studies for the Academic Year 2024/2025 at’Makerere University Business School.
Makerere University Academic Registrar Prof. Mukadasi Buyinza confirmed the release of lists on May 20, 2024.
Among the students that were given government scholarships, 277 will be joining Makerere University Business School .
A total of 1,500 students have been admitted to pursue their academic dreams at Makerere University and Makerere University Business School under the government’s sponsorship program. The students, who excelled in their Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations in thebyear, 2023, will be joining the university in August, 2024 for the academic year 2024/2025.
The Government sponsorship program aims to support talented students from across the country, providing them with the opportunity to pursue higher education with the aim to contribute to the country’s future development.
