On April 26, 2024 Housing Bank took on fifteen (15) MUBS fresh graduates into  the Housing Finance Fresh Graduate Trainee Program 2024. The students were among the 600 applicants that were received from across all academic disciplines.
The graduates who were considered for the program include; Akech Sonia BHRM, Nabuduwa Shifa BPSCM, Eeckhout George BSA, Kasirivu George BCOM, Nyamwija Ritah BPSCM, Justine Ampeire BBA, Kasoma Raymond BESBM, Musoke Adam BCOM, Bbossa Wycliff  BPSCM, Nakiryowa Sheebah BESBM, Bainomugisha Griffin BCOM, Ruth Ainebyona BHRM, Amumpe Shallon BSF and Aol Rachael BHRM.
The Program is intended to create a pathway for growing graduates into skilled and versatile employees in a fast growing financial services industry and will be run annually.
This offer follows a strategic collaboration signed between MUBS and Housing Finance Bank to introduce an innovative Graduate Trainee Program. Scheduled to commence in 2024.
The initiative seeks to empower eligible young graduates with a comprehensive and structured training experience, fostering their capacity to learn, gain   valuable work experience and elevate their employability.
The collaboration was launched on Thursday, September 28, 2023 aiming at introducing an innovative Graduate Trainee Program.
Assoc. Prof. Rachel Mindra Katoroogo, Dean Faculty of Commerce where the collaboration is housed congratulated the students that went through and encouraged other students to apply when the program is advertised again.
