In his speech that was read by the Assoc. Prof. Milburg Atcero Dean Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Languages at Faculty’s Academic Excellence certificate awarding ceremony, the Ag. Principal Prof. Moses Muhwezi commended the outstanding performing students for not only excelling in their studies but also demonstrating a profound passion for learning and a thirst for knowledge, which has set them apart.
The event took place on April 11, 2024, at MUBS Main Campus Nakawa
He remarked, “Your achievement is exceptional. May you continue to thrive, and may the knowledge you have gained at the University serve you well on your journey ahead. May your success inspire others to reach for the stars.”
Assoc. Prof. Milburga applauded the students for their hard work and advised them to uphold values and respect wherever they go. She encouraged them to let their first-class degree distinguish them and serve as an inspiration, emphasizing that their achievement reflects their dedication to hard work.
She reminded the students of the importance of teamwork in today’s world and stressed the value of patience, noting that while patience may be challenging, it ultimately pays off. Assoc. Prof. Atcero urged them to cherish their performance and strive to be role models.

She also emphasized the importance of attitude, soft skills, adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, creativity, and respect for others.
