In a momentous achievement for both academic excellence and institutional advancement, six staff members from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) were conferred with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees from ICT University in Cameroon on July 26, 2025.

The graduation ceremony, held in Yaoundé, was attended by the Principal Makerere University business School, Prof. Moses Muhwezi who joined the staff to celebrate their outstanding academic achievements.

Among the graduates were senior administrators Mr. Francis Yosa, School Secretary, and Ms. Eldred Kyomuhangi Manyindo, School Registrar, both of whom have played pivotal roles in the school’s governance and development.

The newly awarded PhDs are: Dr. Francis Yosa, Dr. Eldred Kyomuhangi Manyindo, Dr. Massy Nabasirye, Dr. Judith Among, Dr. Martha Abeja Ekure, and Dr. Regis Namuddu.

These Staff have demonstrated exceptional commitment to academic growth and research excellence, contributing to MUBS’ broader mission of producing world-class scholars and thought leaders.
