Prof Marcus Moller Larsen a Strategic Management Professor from Copenhagen Business School was on February 20, 2024 hosted to MUBS under the Faculty of Tourism Hospitality and Languages during a global strategy journey workshop at MUBS Main Campus Nakawa. Prof. Marcus called up the academia to aim at writing and submitting their papers for screening and publishing in the global strategy journals which is one of the best publication. He introduced the global strategy journal and explained what it takes for a research paper to be published in the journal and the process/ criteria the editors use to screen and publish the papers in the journal. Prof Marcus urged them to take note of the theory of challenge, the audience and the relevance of the paper they are writing. He also advised Staff to ensure that the introduction to research proposal clearly communicates their ideas and is free from mistakes.

He encouraged the academia to embrace collaborations and writing together. Research proposals titled entrepreneurial orientation, top management team shared responsibility and perceived nonfinancial performance of star rated hotels in Uganda, remote work for sustainable workplace mental health; the strategic role of technology and from vision to practice- a narrative on corporate sustainability from the visionary were presented for comments.
