Mr. Bawa Faizo a staff in the Quality Assurance Unit at MUBS Jinja campus said, as many of his colleagues were busy looking and identifying who the Lion or the snake was immediately after the Customer Care training by Prof. Muhammad Ngoma, the Dean Faculty of Graduate Research and Studies which was organized Online via the zoom technology on June 14, 2021, he has since then been battling to find out which animal personality he reflects.
Mr. Faizo added on that he also came to realize that the best cure of COVID-19 is not going to the hospital but rather being cautious and self care. He also commended the School for such kinds of trainings because they help acquire knowledge.
